The Trick To Unlimited Health Article Topics

Many practitioners struggle to think of topics for regular blogs. If you have a specific niche, you might struggle even more. But I believe that there are unlimited health article topics in the mind of every passionate health professional.

So today, I wanted to share my secret to unlocking those topics, no matter what your modality or niche.

My Trick To Unlimited Health Article Topics

1) Take a topic within your niche

This is pretty simple. Think about a topic that fits within what your ideal client might be interested in.

It might be a specific condition, a common symptom such as low energy.

It could even be a common problem that your client faces, such as emotional eating or preparing food for picky kids.

2) Can I talk about it for more than 5 minutes?

People tend to speak somewhere between 100-150 words per minute. If you're particularly passionate and enthusiastic, it might even be higher!

That means that any topic you can talk about for 5 minutes is something you could write at least 500 words about.

So if you can talk about it more than that, you can break it down further to gain more topics.

3) Break it down

Now it's time to break that topic down and get some more goodness out of it. If you were to write an article about it, what sub-headings would you use?

These are not just sub-headings - they are also sub-topics that could have their own article in the future.

4) Repeat the process

Now, take each of your new topics through the same steps again. If you started with a fairly general topic in the first place, this process can be repeated countless times.

Unlimited health article topics: an example

It's one thing to tell you, but quite another to show you! So I thought I'd give you a brief sample of how I can pull unlimited health article topics from one of my own passions: Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.

Step 1: Managing Ehlers Danlos Syndrome Naturally

Step 2: Honestly, I could talk about this for hours! EDS has several sub-types, and each person presents quite differently.

Step 3: Break it down into Managing Ehlers Danlos Syndrome With:

  • Nutrition

  • Lifestyle

  • Exercise

Step 4: And again:

Managing Ehlers Danlos Syndrome With Nutrition, broken down to:

  • Foods to include

  • Foods to avoid

  • Supplements

  • Personalising nutrition

And again: Managing Ehlers Danlos Syndrome: Foods To Include, broken down to:

  • Foods to ease pain

  • Foods to support productivity

  • Increasing energy and balancing blood sugar levels

This is obviously an abbreviated example, but you get the idea.

The best part is that each article doesn't need to be 100% unique. Topics can overlap and be interlinked, which is fantastic for SEO purposes.

Once you have your list, it's time to take action. Write up each article using these guidelines, don't forget your call-to-action, and then share it across social media! You can even reuse and repurpose it.

Have unlimited health article topics is one thing.

But if you're time-poor or if you struggle with writing, actually publishing articles is another. I'm here to help.
